RIP the Me who Enslaves Herself to Wrong Reasons

I am proud of myself. I can finally say I am done with the stage of my employee’s life where I base my worth as a person on how he sees me.

But I pity him, for not being able to grow much as a leader considering how long he has been in service.

If there is a kind of leader I would not want to be in the future, it’s definitely the one exactly like him.

  1. I feel you. I’ve been going through the same some time ago. But despite the bitterness of this experience, I know that I’ve learned and grown so much from it and I’m sure you did too! 🙂
